- For hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact and unopened. Any item with a removed, broken, or tampered seal cannot be returned or exchanged, as it can no longer be resold.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

- Items showing any stains, marks, or signs of wear or use will not be accepted for a standard return or exchange. Any refund or exchange in such cases is entirely at our discretion.

- This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.
